Thank you for your patronage. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of receiving the item. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Return labels are included with each package. Please see the descriptions outlined below which describe the procedure for each type of return.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address with the original invoice:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5 to 7 business days from our receipt of your item to process your refund. If the item received by us is damaged, a refund will not be applicable.
REFUND OF DAMAGE GOODS.
Return the item within 48 hours after receiving the garment. Please allow at least 10 to 16 business days from our receipt of your item to receive the new one.
If an item does not fit, it can be exchanged for the same item of a different size or color.
Exchanges for a different brand product will not be refunded but rather be turned into store credit.
For exchanges, please call our Customer Service number at 714-326-2946. Please allow 10-16 business days for the exchange to be processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at Customer Service at 714-326-2946 to arrange a refund or exchange.
All items on sale are final sales and are not refundable nor exchangeable.
